You speak of a theory of choice is years, but I know I’ve never really explained what Choice Theory. Choice Theory is actually an explanation of all human behavior developed by Dr. William Glasser.

There are five main elements of the theory of basic needs of man, the world of quality, the perceived world, the place to compare and total behavior. I give a brief overview of each, starting with the five basic needs of man.

Basic human needs
We are born with five basic needs of survival, love and belonging, power, freedom and pleasure. We are all born with these needs, but we experience them to varying degrees. A person can have a high degree of love and belonging, while another person raised in freedom. We are born with these needs and are biologically driven, they met to get the best we have.

The quality of the world
This is a place that exists in all of us if we are images of things that store one or more of our basic needs in the past or things they think we may have to perform in the future satisfies. These things are defined, not the quality company to justice. Alcohol is the world in the quality of an alcoholic, steeling cars in the world, the quality of a car theft and domestic violence is a Batten to the quality of the world. The only two requirements to enter the world of quality, it meets one or more of our needs and it feels good.

The perceived world
There is much to say about the perceived world but for the purposes of this article, all I am saying is that we create our own world to have. Our system takes sensory information through sight, touch, hearing, taste and smell, but we all have unique ways of processing that information on our life experiences, our culture and our values.

What main point is to reflect on the perceived world, that when you encounter others whose perceived world does not correspond to yours, does not mean that it is wrong for you. This simply means that you are different. Remember this statement is simply to reduce much of the disagreements and fighting that occurs in people’s lives. Accepting this fact would mean that you can convince of the need to prevent others from our point of view. We could simply accept the fact that we see things differently and move forward.

Place comparison
The comparison is where we evaluate what we want our world against the quality of our perceptions of what we think we actually get. If these two things that are a match, so good.

If we do not on the perception and the quality of the world, in other words, we perceive, we are not in possession of what we want, then we are obliged to take steps to get the things we think about it. People in general are not much progress or change things they do at present when they are in some discomfort is greatest pain of a more motivated to try something else.

This is where conventional wisdom tells us that if we want what is good for other people in our lives, then it is our responsibility to raise their level of pain to get them to do things differently, because we generally know what is best for them. Right?

Wrong. We can not know what is best for us. Remember, we noticed that all the different worlds. We value and unique experiences. How do we know what is best for someone, if we were in their place or have lived their life? We can not know what is best for us.

Total Behavior
There are two important things about the behavior. The first is that any behavior is deliberate and two is that behavior is as a whole. Leave us with the idea to start each behavior as a whole. There are four inseparable components of behavior of the action, thought, feeling and physiology. All this at a time in a given behavior in which we are engaged there. The first two components, acting and thinking are the only elements on which we can exercise direct control. This means that if we want to change the way we) feel or something that happens in our bodies (physiology, we must first consciously change what they think we do and how we do it.

As with any behavior as meaningful behavior is try our best to get something we want. We will never be the response to external stimuli. We continue to be proactive, to get something we want. This means that if I wanted to cry my son to clean his room and asked several times for good, I did not cry because my son drove me crazy. “I cried, because I always try my best to get them to do with what I wanted, which was cleaning his room. It seems that I’m cutting hair but an important distinction to do when you try to restore the victim to a removal of the person entitled.

The effects
Choice theory rather frees us from the idea that people are at fault. “Everything we do is trying its best to get something they want. Of course, in the process, they can break laws, violate rules and other injuries, but those are really the best side effects of how it meets their needs. We all do our best, some of us simply have better tools, resources and practices than others.

If we embrace the concepts of choice theory, then it should be our task to educate and help others, even the effectiveness of their own behavior. Knowing that they often continue to do everything exactly as it is known and / or because of what they do is real, it’s something they want. This is not our job to stop them, and it is our duty to save them from the consequences of their own behavior.

We can only try our best to help others, the effectiveness of their behavior and another way that does not violate the rules or may not hurt the person or someone else tells them to vote. Then we must do on the way and let them out of the situation. This may be difficult to do as you do your job, as parents, teachers, counselors or supervisor, but I wonder what is the alternative?

If you or to compel or coerce another person to bribe to do things he or she does not try, you can succeed. You can click on the right side, you will find the wages or to make a painful enough consequence to another person what you want, but you create resentment and breed contempt. Affected your relationship to have. If you think like me, is that the ratio of the root of all influence, then you lose the ability to influence from external control.

Cultural traditions in China

China is an ancient country with thousands years of history, which establish a broad base for people’s lives today. While some of the old myths and Chinese cultural traditions have been forgotten or are no longer respected, many still remember and integrate into daily life. Taking a look at the cultural traditions of China show much about how people live.

One of the most interesting pieces of Chinese tradition can be found in which the so-called culture of jade. Jade is a stone, the first Chinese dictionary in the first, known as Shuo Wen Jie Zi, identified, was about 100 AD. There are two types of jade: soft jade, as jade, which is native to China known and hard Jade (Jade), which was imported from Burma in the year 1200 is the. Jade in China is important not only for their beauty but also for its virtue and cultural significance. Confucius said that 11 virtues of jade, some of which also made it synonymous with beauty, purity and grace. The Chinese character for jade, Yu is also used in the name and words to suggest the beauty.

Another of the many Chinese cultural traditions in growing bamboo. Bamboo is one of the four most popular investments in China seen – they are, chrysanthemums made of bamboo, plum and Chinese orchids. The characters of these plants are very popular, so that the Chinese want to be like the plants in nature. Bamboo is grown almost everywhere in China, with most people, the gardens where they cultivate bamboo. Stalks of bamboo are the most common dish in China, and bamboo is the material that is removed from the Chinese flute. Often using brushes and bamboo culture festivals are even bamboo year round place.

A final cultural tradition can be seen in the culture of dragon. Dragons are an important part of Chinese tradition, so that people from China are considering are often called “the descendants of the dragon.” Emperors of China thought they really were dragons, calling the beds they slept on dragon beds, and even their clothes clothing dragon. Dragons are also disseminated throughout the imperial palace, and the screens are considered dragon as a symbol of the power of the emperor.

Auschwitz was the most famous Nazi labor camp during the Second World War. There was a man or a woman could expect every moment to be sent to gas chambers, which provided medical experiments or injection of phenol into the heart, which could cause death in 15 seconds. If you’re lucky, they would be used in place of hard work in the harshest conditions.

A selection committee has decided that for the work and who would be suitable for medical experiments or eradicated. A “doctor” drew a line of arbitrary height of 5 feet 2 inches and all children who were not big enough, was immediately sent to the gas chamber.

Many were sent directly to the rooms on arrival at Auschwitz. For this reason, the records do not exist for all persons who were killed.

Your terrible suffering and the conditions they had endured incredible. People lie to each other, only to give hope. “The Allies have landed in Greece. The consequence is that they will soon be saved. There were many other stories developed in order to keep each of despair.

After Auschwitz, was closed and the prisoners released, there was a settlement. The Nazis were hunted down and brought over the years for their crimes one after the other account. The era of Nazi Germany is completed. But there is a forced labor camp in China are now living with a survivor of the Holocaust yet. Have we learned nothing from history?

The labor used in China, similar to Nazi extermination camps, those who cause harm to the Chinese Communist Party does not like. They are also used to judge the will and spirit of those who violate the practice of peaceful meditation practice Falun Gong.

From these camps, the Chinese Communist Party is a source of free labor. Goods exported for profit and consumption in the world. As in the Nazi camps, these dens of horror nightmare is a source of suffering, death and torture. Why are they tolerated? Is not it time they dismantled and removed?

The famous poet Elie Wiesel, himself an Auschwitz survivor, had this to say: “I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation. We must seize our party ever. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented. ”

Simon Wiesenthal, a survivor of another labor camp who helped said many Nazi criminals to justice. “To your good to learn from our tragedy. There is no written law that the next victims must be Jews. It may also include other people. We saw it begin in Germany with Jews, but people more than twenty other nations also murdered. When I started this job, I told myself I’m going for the murderers of all victims, not only the Jewish victims. I will fight for justice. ”

The Communist Party of China is responsible for the use of forced labor camps to house today, many Chinese citizens. Nothing is done to ignore the lessons of the past and present sufferings. Is it not time to talk?

Just go to an embassy or a Chinese official and let them know what you think of their forced labor camps. Tell them to stop the persecution of Falun Gong. Not remain silent.

The various forms of cultural capital, which is rooted in the possession of economic capital to refer to international social hierarchies reproduce and hide their arbitrary. A person who has the education, cultural capital they possess, combined with the value of networks on which it is possible to draw for them and the amount of available economic capital, gives some people advantages or disadvantages the structure of their eventual occupation and income. When they are combined to produce the forms of capital, the habitus of a person or a predisposition, a number of trends prescribed incarnate. In this way, inequality appears to be naturalized, social inequalities, through the gentle repetition of the practice of design consciousness in a manner similar to the third dimension of power to adopt Luke.

This situation is temporary and so dynamic, it is an open system for social change, Bourdieu is therefore able to find a balance between economic determinism and agency, individual experience is about. For Bourdieu, people are free to make their own decisions knowingly, but may at its option, the quantity and quality of cultural capital, economic and social they possess these skills and structures of their thinking. Habit is both the determination and generative, its great capacity of the region, which it turns out, show that “for the game play is repeated.

Bourdieu not imagine why women as a form of capital? His use of capital is both metaphorical and materialistic, Capital, where Marx used to refer to the domination and dialectically related resources. As capital is directly transferable to the economic capital, it would be preferable to accumulate sex as a form of capital that the benefits of views between the sexes are indirectly transferred into economic gain.

It is well documented that leave women after an abortion at the hospital a broken person. After the murder could some of you, as you may feel whole again. These women are walking broken, broken by guilt and shame, mentally and emotionally wounded.

And that’s not all. Women fall into depression and can not understand why. Some women have more health problems for words and can not even understand why. Nobody in medicine, she writes abortion. But studies now have to prove that abortion can cause major health problems.

And if this were not enough, some women may never get pregnant again and have a child when they are ready, and wants to have one. Who is yet another tragedy to a child and unable to have one. Ruins abortion chances of ever becoming a child.

So we could to avoid calling a problem even if a child is not a problem but a blessing, but now you’re with a host of other problems you did not know that you are confronted face. Simply because when you enter the clinic, they do not go through these other aspects of the abortion and after.

They tell you what is good and all your problems disappear. Being confronted with another set of problems that may be irreversible.
